By booking a pickup, you consent to receiving transactional text messages (order confirmations, pickup/delivery updates). Standard messaging rates apply. Reply STOP to opt out of promotional texts. Transactional texts cannot be opted out while you have an active order.

We keep personal information while your account is active or as needed to provide Services. Transaction records are retained 7 years for tax and legal compliance. You may request deletion of your data by contacting us (subject to legal retention requirements).
