Care & Liability
We handle every order personally and treat your items with care. That said, laundry involves normal wear and tear.
Liability is limited.
Our liability for loss or damage while items are in our care is limited to the lesser of the item's fair market value, repair cost, or 10x the processing charge per item, except where prohibited by law.
We're not responsible for pre-existing damage, color bleeding, shrinkage, manufacturer defects, missing buttons, or valuables left in pockets. Please report any concerns within 24 hours of delivery.
