Special items
Oversized items are washed in their own dedicated load. Please bag dog beds separately — they're cleaned apart from your clothing.
Care & Liability
We handle every order personally and treat your items with care. That said, laundry involves normal wear and tear.
Liability is limited.
Our liability for loss or damage while items are in our care is limited to the documented fair market value of the affected item(s) with proof of purchase, and no more than $200 per order, except where prohibited by law.
We're not responsible for pre-existing damage, color bleeding, shrinkage, manufacturer defects, missing buttons, or valuables left in pockets. Please note any high-value or delicate items in your order notes so we can take special care, and report any concerns within 24 hours of delivery.
